Terms & Conditions

The cooperating entity (represented by its representative and presenter) must attend two hours before the event starts to confirm all requirements and prepare the electronic presentation in coordination with the Supporting Programs Committee.
The presentation must not exceed 30 minutes.
The representative of the cooperating entity must be present with the presenter, and the Ministry must be informed of their names and contact numbers.
The display screen design (if applicable) or the cooperating entity’s logo must be submitted two days before the event.

Agreement*
