Terms & Conditions

The cooperating entity must ensure attendance of its representative one day before the event to confirm all requirements and booth setup in coordination with the supporting programs committee.
The presence of the entity’s representatives is required, and the ministry must be informed of their names and contact numbers.
Submission of display screen design (if any) or organization logo must be provided two days before the event.
The entity agrees to all terms and instructions for presenting the event at Youth City 2030 according to the agreement with the Ministry of Youth Affairs.
